Please join us for a talk with Volodymyr Dubovyk, Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations and Director of the Center for International Studies at the Odesa I. Mechnikov National University. Volodymyr Dubovyk is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations and a Director of the Center for International Studies at the Odesa I. Mechnikov National University. Among his teaching and research interests are U.S. foreign policy, U.S. - Ukraine relations, Black Sea regional security, and the foreign policy of Ukraine. He has held fellowships at the Kennan Institute, W. Wilson International Center for Scholars in 1997 and 2006-07 (Fulbright), and at the Center for International and Security Studies at Maryland (CISSM), University of Maryland in 2002.
